faerie king oberon

this'll be tidied up a bit before any formal app is made, but essentially: one of oberon's powers, his fairy eyes, perceive the truth of anything said near him innately. this is something he cannot turn off, and far more of a curse than a blessing in most cases. (turns out most people where he's from aren't the best of people. really makes you think.)
